Record
Start after 00:00 Nepal time and stop before the sun is up. Anywhere in Kathmandu: a bedroom, a rooftop, a temple step, a bus with the engine off.
Kathmandu
Only music recorded in Kathmandu after midnight, before the sun is up. The sign is on while the window is open.
Lights on at 00:00 --:--:--
Kathmandu goes quiet after midnight. The traffic thins, the dogs settle, and the valley holds its breath until the first bell. We release only what is recorded in that quiet: between 00:00 and sunrise, Nepal time, with the file's own timestamp as the proof. No overdubs after breakfast. No mix made at noon. If the sun was up, it is not ours.
…
Every night has a window. It opens at 00:00 and closes at the computed sunrise for Kathmandu. The moon is drawn at its phase that night.
Three things, and the third is not ready yet.

Do not rename it, bounce it again at noon, or strip the metadata. The file's own recorded time is the proof we check, and it has to fall inside that night's window.

The address goes here when the first window is announced. Until then, keep the file exactly as it is. Its timestamp will still be true.
Nothing yet. The first release will be the first tape that passes the rule.
