Chef Ilse Marwood cooks from the walled garden and the morning boats. The tasting menu changes on Thursdays; the room seats thirty-two under the original 1931 vaults.

Forty kinds of herb, a quince orchard and the old glasshouse, open to guests from 08:00. Tours with the head gardener run on Saturdays at 10:00.
